Your Role
  • Build and manage relationships with clients seeking insurance and financial guidance.
  • Provide personalized consultations for retirement planning, income protection, life insurance, and investment strategies.
  • Stay informed on evolving financial products, market trends, and client needs to deliver expert recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What You Bring
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you can simplify complex concepts.
  • Insurance licenses (Life & Health, Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain (we’ll help you get licensed).
  • A sales-minded, self-motivated approach with a desire to grow within the industry.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
