Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage English- and Spanish-speaking prospects to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads to secure new business
  • Build lasting client relationships and maintain consistent communication
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and agency performance benchmarks
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Confident, professional, and driven to succeed in a sales-focused role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
