What You’ll Do
Be the Go-To Support Contact Handle client inquiries in English and Spanish, process policy changes and endorsements, assist with billing questions, provide ID cards, and guide customers through claims support.
Create a Smooth Customer Experience Manage each interaction from initial contact to resolution, document accurately in the CRM, and meet established service standards.
Contribute to Retention & Growth Conduct account reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions through a consultative approach—focusing on what genuinely benefits the customer.
Work as a Team Player Partner with colleagues to achieve service, retention, and quality goals while ensuring clients feel supported and cared for.
What You Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with clear, professional communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong listening and follow-through
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Interest in needs-based sales and helping clients make informed decisions
- Active P&C/L&H licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
